The Analog Integrated Circuits Laboratory (AIC) is aimed at the conception, design and realization of integrated circuits for diverse applications including mm-Wave wireless multi-Gbps transceivers, wired electrical and electro-optical communications for >50Gbps, healthcare and medical diagnostic.

A strong partnership with industry is established in order to train talented students around key problems. The target is transferring new technologies to industry and contributing to the IEEE Solid State Circuits Society with new brilliant ideas.

Many grants are available each year thanks to a win-win relation with industry and to successful applications of projects to National and European funds. Most of the Ph.D. Students graduated in this Laboratory have published their work at the International Solid State Circuits Conference of San Francisco.

Students from Italian and foreign Universities and candidates for PhD program are solicited to get in touch with Proff. Andrea Mazzanti and Francesco Svelto if they dream to contribute to the exciting world of microelectronics.
