He was born in Morbegno (Sondrio), Italy, in 1988. He received the BS degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (Summa cum Laude) from the University of Pavia in September 2010 with a thesis focused on the temperature characterization of a 3.3GHz CMOS Digitally Controlled Oscilltator for wireless applications. In October 2012 he received the MS degree (Summa cum Laude) in Electronics Engineering (Integrated Microsystems curriculum) from the University of Pavia, Italy. During his Master’s thesis, he studied and designed a wide-band CMOS 60 GHz Low Noise Amplifier for wireless communications.
