He was born in Babol, Iran, in 1989. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Khajeh Nasir Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2011, and the M.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering, Circuits & Systems, from the University of Tehran, Iran, in 2014 working on the Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS).
He joined Analog Integrated Circuits Lab. at University of Pavia as research assistant in May 2016 working on realization of 50 Gb/s serial data receiver in BiCMOS-55nm technology. From October 2016 he became PhD Candidate at the University of Pavia. His research interests are RF Analog Integrated Circuits Designs and Bioelectronics.
