He was born in Oroumieh, Iran, in 1987. He received the B.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Urmia University (Oroumieh, Iran) in 2009. From 2012 to 2015 he was research assistant in VLSI Labs at Istanbul Technical University (Istanbul, Turkey) focusing on high speed data converters. In 2015 he received the M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from the Istanbul Technical University .
In January 2016 he started working towards the Ph.D. in Microelectronics at University of Pavia, under the supervision of Prof. Francesco Svelto. His research activity is focused on the design of mm-Wave CMOS/BiCMOS ICs for high-capacity wireless communications, with particular emphasis on Direct Conversion Transmitters for E-band and 5G Wireless Communication networks.
