She was born in Sari, Iran, in 1989. She received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2011, and the M.Sc. degree in Microelectronics focusing on sensor interface for biomedical applications from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), Tehran, Iran, in 2014.
In 2015, she spent four months at VLSI Lab as research assistant, University of Tehran, working on discrete implementation of communication circuits.
Since November 2015, she has been pursuing her PhD degree in Microelectronics at University of Pavia, under the supervision of Prof. Andrea Mazzanti. Her research activity is focused on the design of mm-wave CMOS/BiCMOS ICs for 5G cellular networks with particular emphasis on E-band Transmitters.
