Summary — During the "Days of Study in Memory of Egidio Tosato Constitutionalist and Constituent" themes have been treated ever dear to jurists as well as more current themes, first among them the one relating to institutional reforms. Those present at the meetings tried to run through the fundamental stages of Tosato’s thought and of the Constituents in general and finally succeeded in drawing valuable indications for decoding and consequently improving the present constitutional reality. An occasion, in short, to update the doctrine in the light of recent evolutions, bearing in mind, nevertheless, past teachings and in particular those of one of the most valid interpreters of the constitutional law.
