Summary — In her political and philosophical work Hannah Arendt assumes a critical attitude toward the modern Age. She is of the opinion that during that period arose the bases of XXth Century Politics and Culture’s Crisis, from which totalitarianism developed. Arendt's reference points are the greek latin and christian Authors, whose works she reads in a very original manner, confirming the never ending worth of Man.
