Titolo:
"Costituzione e scienza economica"
The essay aims to investigate whether (and how) the economy produces constitutional rules, and whether (and how) economic science can (or should) be applied by legal science in the process of constitutional interpretation. The argument relies on the concept of an economic constitution, and responds affirmatively to both questions. The essay concludes with the analysis of a case concerning the constitutional assessment of
the electoral system in the light of the fiscal constitution.
