"L´utopia realistica di Adriano Olivetti: la fioritura della persona tra rispetto e innovazione"
The article poses a basic question: what is the heritage of Adriano Olivetti’s experience? The question is addressed through conceptual analysis of the terms constituting two of the main challenges frequently raised by Olivetti’s critics: the challenge of paternalism and that of utopianism. The result of the analysis is the characterization of a business leader animated by an idea of human flourishing inspired by a commitment to respecting persons as ends in themselves, within the framework of a corporate reform project displaying the traits of a “realistic utopia”.
