"La politica industriale europea: modelli di policy e prospettive"
The European Union is
going through a deep crisis of its economic
development models. On the one hand, the
free market is struggling to auto-fix its failures.
On the other hand, the state interventionism
often shows its inefficiency in providing
answers to the needs of the community.
The aim of this article is to anlayze the
two policy making models, constructivist
and evolutionary, in the framework of the
European Industrial Policy, from the outset
of the European Coal and Steal Community
to our days and to look at the recent debate
concerning the real validity of the (only)
free market economic paradigm adopted in
the public policy making.
