Name Email Message Privacy rules Informative ex art. 13 of the Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code"). The Institute, as data controller, informs that, according to the Section 13 of the L. D. 196/’03, your personal data, sensitive and/or judicial data, in our possession or that you’ll communicate us, will be processed lawfully and fairly with regards to your rights. 1. Purposes of the processing The data are acquired because obligatory in order to manage the institutional, administrative and didactical activities. 2. Modalities of the processing - access to the data allowed only to people in charge of the processing; - data recording and elaboration carried out with the help of paper documents and electronic means protected by suitable security measures in order to prevent their confidentiality, integrity and availability; - data checking and rectifications after your request; - data keeping with the help of paper documents and/or electronic means. 3. Nature of providing the requested data The providing of the requested data is obligatory in order to achieve the purposes described. If you fail to reply will be impossible for the data controller, the data processor and the persons in charge of the processing to carry out the processing operations. 4. Communication The data requested could be communicated to the people in charge of the processing in order to effectively manage future commercial relationships and to elaborate the data. Moreover we could communicate the data to third parties (public entities, institutes, …) if deriving from legal obligations. Your data will not be object of dissemination. 5.
