Massimo Manghisoni received the degree in Electronic Engineering
(telecommunication specialization), summa cum laude, from the University of Pavia,
1997. From May to August 1999 he had a collaboration with the Instrumentation
laboratory of the University of Pavia where he was involved in
the design and fabrication of instruments for high-frequency
noise measurements on semiconductor devices. From September
1999 to February 2002 he had a fellowship with STMicroelectronics
within the program "Studio di Microelettronica".
Since 2002 he is an Assistant Professor at the Dipartimento
di Ingegneria Industriale, Università di Bergamo. His present interests are
in the field of noise measurements on submicrometer MOSFET's.
