What is the committment required?
The committment cannot be easily quantified: in terms of credits, every credit corresponds to about 25 hours, which cover not just the lectures, but also the time for self-study, training in the workplace, seminars, etc… 120 credits are necessary to get a Master Diploma (60 credits per year). The Master lasts two years for a total of 3,000 hours (1,500 hours per year).

When do lessons start and finish? Are they daily or concentrated on certain days?
Lessons start at the end of February and last until mid-June; they start again at the beginning of September and finish at the end of October. Lessons take place every week, on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings (except weekends with festivities). Sometimes an entire day event may take place, usually on a Friday.

When is it possible to enroll and what is the procedure?
The official Master notice is normally published in mid-September.  It is possible to enroll until mid-December. The enrollment form is available at the “Segreteria dell’Ufficio degli Esami di Stato” or on the Master and University web sites   (http://www-1.unipv.it/scireg/download.html) (www.unipv.eu/on-line/Home/Didattica/Post-laurea/Master/articolo653.html). The form - together with a photocopy of the candidate’s I.D. document, his/her tax code (codice fiscale), a passport photograph, and a “marca da bollo” of euro 14,62 –must be returned to Ufficio Esami di Stato, Via Ferrata 1, 27100 PAVIA by the given deadline.

How much does it cost?
An annual fee of euro 2.000 must be paid by the applicants who have been accepted. 90 euros and a “marca da bollo” of euro 14,62 must also be paid for the printing of the original diploma document.
