- OpenLab goes to Spoleto Scienza
Open Lab is an emanation of the Laboratorio di Biologia dello Sviluppo. Its main objective is the improvement of public understanding of science through initiatives that aim to bring together lay people with key figures of our society (e.g., scientific journalists, magistrates, politicians, decision makers) and generate a sound discussion on the impact that scientific and technological discoveries have on the comunity.

Open lab organises hands-on-lab courses bringing people working in other fields into the daily process of research-making.

Open Lab organises symposia and publishes books on the public understanding of Science
