Specific course objectives

The objective of the course is to provide to purposes to identifay to analyses and to resolve the problems of geological order also about the defense and the land management of groundwater resources, as well the essential elements for the planning both localized works and regional level operation.

Geomorfology applied to catchment basins. Kennessey method. Environmental protection. Groundwater management. mineral and Thermal waters. Assessment of aquifer's vulnerability. Pollution abatement. Building and upkeep of wells. Artificial recharge of groundwater.Territory management. Quarry and waste disposal: planning,running and reclamation.
