Specific course objectives
This course introduces the undergraduate student to the fundamentals of graphics in mechanical design, with particular concern to element morphology and to the specific techniques of graphic representation. At the end of the course the student should be able to comprehend and to represent, by means of manual sketches and Cad software tools, the construction drawing informations of a mechanical part and its function in an assembly drawing. Practical class exercises and homework are considered as fundamental activities of the course programme.
