Specific course objectives
Didactic contents of the course deal with building analysis of technological aspects, due to underline and deepen the main topic of technical feasibility of the building itself.
Course programme
The course is focused on the design of constriction details in order to learn in managing traditional and innovative materials and techniques, and also in order to verify effective transportation of architectural and aesthetical ideas into technological details.
Lessons focus on most common traditional and innovative materials and techniques nowadays available.
The course addresses also a focus on traditional materials, like bricks and wood. These materials will be analyzed both in traditional and innovative configurations.
Innovative materials and techniques, such as S/R technologies are also focused.

Basic knowledge of technical drawing.
