Specific course objectives
This course illustrates the architecture and design roadmap for the information systems that support activities inside the enterprises , namely ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) SCM (Supply Chain Management) e BI (Business Intelligence).
This course is completed by its brother course on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) given n the subsequent semester.
The teaching approach combines lectures on foundations, discussions of case studies and lab team work.

Testing and exams
Student teams perform an assignment of analysis/ design of an ERP system . At the examination session the student defends his assignment and discusses also conceptual foundations. The mark sums (1) team assignment (2) assignment defense (3) oral explanation of conceptual foundations. Students who cannot participate to the team assignment will go through a written exercise and an oral discussion.
