Specific course objectives
The course introduces the basic digital circuit design techniques for VLSI (Very Large Scale Integrated) implementation in CMOS technologies.
Different approch to design a logical function and reasons for testing a logic circuit and techniques for design for testability are discussed. At the end of the course, the student will be able to design a simple synchronous circuit.
