The aim of the MOLPAGE Training Workshops Series is to provide a non necessarily statistical audience with a state-of-the-art overview of statistical methods for the analysis of data in integrative genomics. This includes methods for the analysis of data from genetic studies, as well as of DNA sequence, DNA methylation, and gene expression data, and of protein/peptide concentration profiles. Emphasis will be given to the problems involved in a joint analysis of data across different levels of the functional architecture of the genome, in conjunction with information at a clinical phenotype level.
