Specific course objectives

To provide an overall view of the problems encountered in Corporate Organisation Planning with particular emphasis on the impact of Market Developments and the need to develop an organisation capable of achieving Strategic Objectives.

Course programme

Corporate Organisation - The Organisation and the Market. The segments of the organisation, the Division Of Duties, Methods of co-ordination. Parameters of Organisation Planning. Microstructures, Macrostructures, Decision making Processes, Organisational Authorities. The Definition of Job Positions, Work Groups and size optimisation. The management of Horizontal Inter-actions. The Management of Organisational Processes - External Environment (stakeholders) / Market Analysis. Relationships wit other External Organisations. Structural and Strategic changes. Strategies and techniques necessary to facilitate Change Management. Quality Systems. Vision 2000 and Process Management. Organisation Models, management and Control as per L.231/2001. The Sarbanes Oxley Act.
