Submission of Abstracts and Papers

AAll submitted papers will be carefully refereed. The precise format of the conference will be fixed after we have an idea of the number of accepted Abstracts. During the Conference the terms of presentations will be of 15 minutes more or less.
All accepted Abstracts will be included in the Conference book.
All accepted Papers will presented at sessions and delivered to all participants at the registration desk as a CD.
The language of the Conference is English.
The funding is Italian, but we are also looking elsewhere for further financing (and would appreciate any suggestions).

To submit your paper you must register at the Conference.

Format for Abstracts

All Abstracts must meet the following restrictions: :

• Authors must submit one printed copy and an electronic version, preferably formatted in Microsoft Word (up to 6.0).

  Please use this example of a right formatted paper.

• The Abstract must be composed of 4000 characters max including figures, tables, and references or 2 pages max (standard A4 format).

  Over-length papers will definetly be rejected without review!

• It is recommended that the authors use the style file of: TIMES NEW ROMAN, Font Pt: 12, Single Spaced, Single Interline. - The first author must be written in Bold, the name of co-authors must be written in italic type; the First name always must be in short, authors must be separeted by comma.

• It must be sent to the Scientific Committee not later than March, 15th, 2004.

Important Dates

• Paper submissions due: March, 15th, 2004;
• Notification of acceptance: April, 16th, 2004;
• Ready final papers due: July, 2th, 2004;
